Beach Day Ice Cream Cone Girl, Printable Coloring For Teens
Coloring guide
Holding up a scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone, this cheerful girl wears a wide-brimmed sun hat and round glasses, and her big smile makes the page fun to color. Sprinkles top the cone, and her long wavy hair falls over a striped tank top. Behind her are a sun with rays in the upper left, a palm tree on the right and rolling ocean waves, while a scallop shell and a dotted starfish sit in the sand below. Lines are clean and shapes easy to read, so older kids and teens can enjoy some detail without it feeling crowded. Pink or mint green ice cream with rainbow sprinkles looks great, and bright yellow suits the sun. A good free pick for a summer afternoon or a quiet moment in class. - 1Start with the big hat, sand, and sun: color the hat crown and brim and the bottom sand in pale yellow, and the sun in bright yellow.
- 2Fill the skin areas (face, neck, shoulder, hand, forehead) with peach, leaving the eye whites, lens, and teeth white.
- 3Color the long hair in chocolate brown, including the strands around the face and down the shoulders.
- 4Use sky blue for the waves and the palm tree leaves in leaf green, and add the palm trunk in chocolate brown while keeping the sky between the palm and hat white.
- 5Add the swimsuit stripes in hot pink, keeping the white stripes white, then color the hat band, glasses frame, lips, and strap in hot pink.
- 6Finish the ice cream scoop in light pink, the cone in caramel, the shells in light pink, and the starfish in orange. Optional: add a little darker shading on the hair and cone for depth.
