A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the big sail in aqua blue, leaving the thin white edges and the stars white.
- 2Fill the girl's skin, face, arms and legs with light peach, then add a little tan on the face shadow.
- 3Color the girl's long hair in warm brown, working around the curls and leaving a few lighter strands.
- 4Paint the surfboard in golden yellow, add hot pink to the sail's bottom tip and the girl's shorts, and use pale blue for the sail's light patch.
- 5Color the mast in slate gray, the shoe in lavender, the wave splash in ocean blue, and the sail's swirls and stripes in golden yellow.
- 6Optional: add slightly darker shading on the sail and the wave edges to make the colors pop.
