Swishy Ponytail Girl Swinging a Tennis Racket

With a long, swishy ponytail and a big smile, this girl takes a wide stance and swings her racket with both hands at a ball flying upward. She's in a short-sleeved shirt, pleated skirt, socks and lace-up sneakers. Behind her stand a gridded tennis net, a wooden picket fence, and two leafy bushes, one on each side. Little motion lines trail the ball and add a sense of action. Younger kids can handle the big shapes on the shirt, skirt and bushes, and the net and racket strings give older kids some detail work. A bright yellow-green ball against a few different greens on the bushes will make it stand out. Save this page as a free PDF for classroom time or a rainy day.
