A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big background areas: color the lawn and the bushes in lime green and forest green, and the leaves at the bottom in leaf green.
- 2Paint the wizard's face and hands in peach, and fill the hair in silver gray, leaving the eye areas and the little shine spots white.
- 3Color the robe, sleeves and cape in lavender purple, then add the hat in bright violet with its band in tangerine orange and the stars in golden yellow.
- 4Fill the watering can in sky blue with its top rim in deep blue, and paint the flowers in rose pink with golden yellow centers.
- 5Color the little yellow flower in golden yellow with a bright orange center, the garden path in sandy beige, and the house walls in cream with a brick red roof.
- 6Optional: add a few darker shades of the same colors along the bottom edges of the petals and robe to give the picture a bit of depth.
