Grinning Spiky Haired Monster With Claw Hand

A grinning monster stands with one hand raised, showing off a big curved hook or claw where a hand would be. It has tall, flame-shaped spiky hair, pointed ears, heavy-lidded eyes, a wide smile full of sharp teeth, and two small tusks poking up from its lower jaw. A bumpy, pebbled patch covers its chest like stubbly fur or rocky skin. Around its waist is a thick belt with a big oval buckle and round studs. Its other arm ends in a large, chunky cuff or cannon-style gauntlet that rests down by its side. Short legs finish in sturdy boots with ridged soles. Try coloring the spiky hair in two or three bright shades to make it look like fire, then use grays for the metal claw and arm gear. It also works well for talking about texture, since the chest dots are fun to fill in one by one.
