Hairy Spider Crawling on a Corner Spider Web

Coloring guide
A large spider sits at the lower right of a spider web that fills the left and top of the page. The web has thick outlined strands, a small tightly woven center, and wider open sections toward the edges. The spider has a round, dotted abdomen with a few curved stripes, a small textured head, and eight long jointed legs covered in tiny bristly hairs. Some legs reach out to the right while others stretch down and to the left across the web strands. Because the web sections are big and the lines are bold, younger kids can stay inside them easily. Try gray and brown crayons for the spider's fuzzy legs, then use a light silver or blue pencil for the web. This free printable also works well for a quick lesson on how spiders build webs.
