A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big background areas: fill the ceiling streamers, banners and wall space with cream beige, and leave the tiny bright spots in the garland white for a glowing look.
- 2Color the wooden wall panels and chair parts with caramel brown, working across the whole room in smooth strokes.
- 3Fill the tablecloth with violet purple, then color the two large plates and the round pumpkin plates with pumpkin orange, leaving the plate rims white.
- 4Color the hanging bats and the cat mask with charcoal black, and the bat mask and the witch's hat with leaf green and violet purple as shown.
- 5Add the pumpkin masks in bright orange and the witch's face in peach, then give the monster face a pale blue tint and leave the eye holes white.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker brown shading along the wall boards and chair edges to make the scene feel cozier.
