Happy Birthday Candle on a Pumpkin-Shaped Cake

A single tall candle with a pointed teardrop flame stands on top of a rounded, segmented base, and the words Happy Birthday! arch across the top of the page in outlined block letters. The candle has a slightly wavy rim at the top where the wax meets the flame, and a small dark wick sits inside the flame. The base is divided into several smooth, curved sections that bulge outward and look a bit like a pumpkin or a molded dessert. Because the shapes are large and the lines are bold, little hands can color inside them easily. Try a warm yellow and orange flame with a pale candle, then give each section of the base its own color so the pattern stands out. The outlined letters are also fun to fill in with a different color for each one. This free printable works well for a birthday party table or a quick card project.
