Happy Butterfly on a Daisy, Free Coloring For Girls

Right on top of a large daisy-like flower sits a cheerful butterfly with a round smiling face and two curly antennae. A striped body runs down its center, and the big wings are filled with circles and rounded teardrop shapes that are perfect for patterns. Below it, the flower has wide rounded petals around a bumpy scalloped center, with a stem and two big leaves at the bottom. One more leaf on the left and two small five-petal flowers, one on each side, round out the scene. Large shapes and bold lines make it a good fit for preschoolers and early grade-schoolers still learning to stay inside the lines. Soft purple and pink on the wings with bright yellow dots in the circles looks great. A free printable for a quiet afternoon or a spring class activity.
