Happy Cartoon Dolphin Leaping With Open Mouth

A cheerful cartoon dolphin curves through the air with its body arched and its tail flukes pointing down toward the bottom left. The dolphin has a big round eye with a small highlight, a curved eyebrow, and an open smiling mouth that shows a little tongue. A blowhole mark sits on top of the head, and there is a large triangular dorsal fin on the back. One flipper sweeps out to the left and another hangs below the chin. The lines are bold and thick, and the shapes are large and simple, so this page works well for younger kids who are still building control with crayons. Try coloring the body in two shades of blue, with a lighter tone for the belly area, and then talk about how dolphins use their fins and tail to swim and jump. This printable page is also easy to use for a quick ocean animal lesson.
