Pororo Sledding Downhill in a Pom-Pom Hat
Coloring guide
Here's a free printable of a cheerful baby penguin zooming downhill on a wooden sled with an open-mouthed smile. It wears a ribbed knit hat with a big pom-pom and grips the front bar of the sled with both flippers. The round belly and tiny feet rest on the slatted seat, with curved runners underneath. A spray of snow puffs and small bubbles kicks up behind, and a few speed lines show how fast it's going. Two snowy pine trees stand on the hills in the background. Large shapes and clear outlines keep things easy for young kids. Turquoise or bright red would suit the hat, warm brown the sled, and soft icy blues the snow spray and trees for a wintery look. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big sled parts: color the seat planks and rails in caramel orange, and the runners and handle in bright red.
- 2Fill the penguin body, head top, flippers and lower leg with charcoal gray, leaving the face, eye whites and belly white.
- 3Color the feet, beak and pom-pom with bright orange and golden yellow, and the hat stripes alternating red and sky blue.
- 4Add green to the tree middles and the bush, then leave the tree tops and hills white like fresh snow.
- 5Use ice blue for the snow spray and the snow under the sled, and deep red for the open mouth with coral pink tongue.
- 6Optional: add a few darker strokes on the penguin body and hat to give them a little shading.
