A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the roof, its shingles and the heart shape bright red, leaving the bone on the roof white.
- 2Fill the upper gable and the fence pickets on both sides with sky blue.
- 3Color the wall planks of the doghouse soft yellow, and fill the arched doorway and the inside of the house with dark brown.
- 4Give the puppy a warm orange coat, caramel brown for the shaded areas, and coral pink for the tongue, leaving the eye whites and nose highlights white.
- 5Finish the flowers with coral pink petals, golden yellow centers and leaf green leaves, then color the food bowl red and the ball with blue and yellow stripes.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading on the dog's ears and under the roof edges to make the drawing pop.
