Cute Cheerful Volcano with Dripping Lava and a Cloud

Coloring guide
In the middle of the page sits a cone-shaped volcano with big round eyes, a rosy open-mouth smile and shiny sparkles in its eyes. Thick, wavy lava drips over the crater rim and runs down the front in rounded blobs, and a few curved lines on the mountainside hint at rocky texture. One puffy cloud floats in the upper right corner, and there's no other background, so the page stays simple and uncluttered. Bold outlines and large open spaces are friendly for preschoolers and early elementary kids still building control with crayons or chunky markers. Orange and red make good lava, warm brown or purple works for the mountain, and a soft sky blue suits the cloud. Print this free page for a science unit on volcanoes or a quiet afternoon activity.
