Spiky-Tufted Oddbods Character Kicking a Soccer Ball

A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

• golden yellow
• pale blue
• charcoal black
• light blue
• sky blue
• coral pink

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Fill the round spiky body and both arms with golden yellow, keeping the eye whites bright white.
2. 2Color the two sneakers and the shoe straps with sky blue, leaving the laces white.
3. 3Color the two clouds with pale blue, then fill the goal net squares with light blue and keep the goal frame white.
4. 4Fill the nose and the open mouth with coral pink, leaving the teeth area white.
5. 5Fill the dark patches on the soccer ball with charcoal black and leave the other ball panels white.
6. 6Optional: add light back-and-forth strokes of golden yellow over the body for a textured, pencil-like look.
