Haunted Castle Under a Full Moon Beside Graveyard Hill

A big full moon with craters hangs over a tall haunted castle with pointed towers, arched windows, and an arched front door. In front of it, a twisty bare tree with curly branches leans over a small graveyard on a grassy hill. Two stone tombstones say R.I.P., and one has a cross on top. Three grinning jack-o'-lanterns sit between the graves, and the middle one has a little skull resting on its head. A broken wooden fence runs along the right side. The shapes are large and the lines are bold, so it works well for kids who are still building crayon control. Try a dark blue or purple sky with a pale yellow moon, then make each pumpkin a slightly different shade of orange. You could also ask kids to count the pumpkins, windows, and tombstones. It is a free printable that fits a Halloween party table or a quiet afternoon at home.
