Owl in Witch Hat Next to a Pumpkin Bucket

A small owl wearing a big witch hat with a buckle sits on a curly tree branch, looking off to the side with wide round eyes. Its chest is covered in little feather scallops. Next to it, a jack-o'-lantern pumpkin bucket hangs from a twisty branch, with a smiling face and triangle eyes and nose. The bucket is full of treats, including a swirly lollipop, a candy cane, and wrapped sweets. Up above, a cratered full moon sits next to a puffy cloud. The branches end in spirals, which gives the page a playful, spooky feel. Try coloring the moon in soft yellow and gray, then use bright stripes for the candy so the treats stand out against the orange pumpkin. This printable page also works well for talking about night animals with younger kids.
