Hello Words With Bunny, Puppy and Chick

Coloring guide
Three friends pop up behind big bubble letters spelling HELLO: a smiling bunny, a happy puppy and a tiny chick. The bunny waves one paw with its long ears standing tall. The puppy sticks out its tongue, with floppy ears and paws resting on the letters, and the little chick flaps one wing on the right. Three daisy-style flowers and a few tufts of grass fill the ground along the bottom. Thick, rounded outlines and roomy letters keep things easy for small hands, so this free printable suits preschoolers and welcome-back-to-school bulletin boards. Bright yellow for the chick, warm brown ears for the puppy and a different color on each letter of HELLO would look cheerful, and pink and purple petals would stand out in the flowers. Add this to your Words coloring page collection, alongside Activity Sheets and Alphabet.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the big HELLO letters first: make the H sky blue, the E bright red, the two middle L letters grass green and lavender purple, and the O orange.
- 2Fill the bunny's head and waving arm with light brown, and its outer ears with chestnut brown. Add pink to the inner ears.
- 3Color the puppy's head and paws golden tan, and the chick's head and wing lemon yellow. Leave the puppy's cheek, chest and collar white.
- 4Add pink to the bunny's inner ears and the petals of the flowers, and make the flower centers lemon yellow.
- 5Color the grass and flower leaves grass green, and leave the grass blades, flower petals on the white flowers, and the O counter white. Optional: Add a little darker shading on the letters to make them pop.
