- 1Start with the large red blades on the upper left, upper right, and inner right sides of the spinning top using bright red.
- 2Color the large outer rim and the top and bottom arcs of the top in bright blue, leaving the small tabs at the edges for later.
- 3Fill the big yellow sections on the lower left, lower right, and bottom center with golden yellow.
- 4Color the central hexagon in bright blue, then add the dragon markings on either side in golden yellow.
- 5Add the small gray piece at the bottom center and the tiny sky blue tab at the top right with medium gray.
