Cappadocia Balloon Sky and Turkish Flag in Countries Series
Coloring guide
Seven hot air balloons float through the sky, and every one has its own design: big hearts on the largest, zigzag chevrons, stars, wavy stripes, scalloped bands and a checkerboard. Small puffy clouds sit between them. Down below, a flag with a crescent moon and a star flies from a pole on a rocky hilltop, with flowers and shrubs in the foreground. Tall cone-shaped rock formations fill the valley, each with little arched windows and doors carved in. Cypress trees and bushes dot the land, a winding road heads to a far-off town with a minaret, and hills and cliffs line the horizon. Sky blue and sunny yellow balloons with sandy tan and soft pink rock towers would be pretty. Print it free for a relaxed afternoon. Add this to your Countries coloring page collection, alongside Math Pixel Art and Calendar.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the sky: color the clouds and the small background clouds in sky blue, leaving the open sky white.
- 2Fill the big rocky hills and tall rock towers with sand tan, including the hilltop in the front.
- 3Color the flag field in fire red and leave the crescent and star white.
- 4Color the balloons next: use golden yellow, amber, orange, bright blue, fire red and chestnut brown for the stripes, and cream for the heart panels.
- 5Add the greens to the bushes, grass and trees with leaf green and forest green, and use lemon yellow for the small flowers and bushes.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading on the sides of the rock towers and balloons for depth.
