We see the back of a little vintage-style car as a smiling groom and bride glance at each other and drive off down a country road. The bride has a veil and a flower in her hair. A big heart on the trunk is framed by two flower bouquets and a large bow with long flowing ribbons. Four tin cans dangle on strings behind the bumper, and small motion lines show the car is moving. Trees line both sides of the road, along with a wooden fence, bushes and a few grass tufts. Younger kids can handle the big heart and wide ribbons, and the small flowers give older children some detail. Try soft pink on the heart and ribbons, with yellow and white bouquets. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the car body, roof and hood with sky blue, leaving the windshield and side windows white.
- 2Fill the big heart in the middle with hot pink, then color the ribbons and bow loops with light pink.
- 3Color the faces and hands with skin tone, the groom's hair with dark brown, the bride's hair with warm tan, and the groom's shirt with navy blue.
- 4Color the tail lights bright red, the wheels and bumper with dark gray and light gray, and the tin cans and road with light gray.
- 5Fill the bushes and grass with light green and leaf green, color the tree trunks warm tan, and keep the sky, veil and dress white.
- 6Optional: add darker shading on the car sides and the road edges with a slightly deeper shade of the same color.
