Little Bee Perched on a Smiling Friend with Hearts

A small round bee with a striped body and two leaf-shaped wings sits on top of a big round smiling character at the bottom of the page. The bee has a tiny stinger, little legs gripping the edge, sparkly circle eyes, round cheeks and a small frown. The character below shows only the top of its head, with oval eyes, wide oval cheeks and an open mouth with a few teeth. One long arm curves up on the right side. Nine hearts of different sizes float around the top and right side of the page. The bold, clean outlines and large open spaces suit younger kids and crayons. Try coloring the bee stripes in two alternating colors, then give each heart its own shade to make a rainbow of hearts. This free page also works well for a Valentine's Day craft table.
