Kawaii Heart Math Pixel Art Grid
Coloring guide
Right in the middle of the page is a happy heart made from square grid cells, with a face drawn over the squares. The two big round eyes have shiny white highlights, and there's a small curved smile below them. The stair-step outline makes two rounded bumps along the top and tapers down to one single square at the bottom point. Kids fill in one little square at a time, so it's good counting, pattern and careful-coloring practice. You could repeat pink, red and purple squares, or fade from light pink to dark. Keeping the eyes black and white helps the face pop. Print it free for a math center, Valentine's Day or a lazy afternoon. The page has no background, so the heart gets all the attention. A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- coral red
- soft pink
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the whole heart shape with coral red, using light, scribbly strokes and leaving the two round eye shines white.
- 2Color the two small cheek squares, one on each side below the eyes, with soft pink.
- 3Fill the eye outlines and the smile line with a dark ink or marker, leaving the small white shine dots inside each eye.
- 4Optional: Add a little extra coral red pressure along the lower edge of the heart to make it look shaded.
