Kid Doing Splits With Rolled Paper Scroll

A cartoon child is drawn sideways on the page, stretched out in a full leg split with one foot at the top and the other at the bottom. The child wears a short-sleeved shirt and long loose pants, and has spiky zigzag hair and two small oval eyes. One arm is raised with a big round mitten-style fist. The other hand holds a rolled-up paper scroll with a little ribbon tail. On the right side is a long narrow bar with a small leaf at its top. The large shapes and clean outlines make this easy for younger kids to color. Try turning the page upright first, then pick a bold color for the shirt and a different one for the pants. Crayons work well, and this free printable also suits an end-of-year celebration or a first-week classroom activity.
