Boy and Girl Trimming the Christmas Tree Together
Coloring guide
A smiling boy in a knit sweater stretches up high to hang a round ornament on a big tree. Beside him, a girl holds a box of extra baubles, ready to hand them over. The tree has a star on top and beaded garlands, and its branches are dotted with striped, wavy-lined and snowflake ornaments. It stands in a basket-style pot on a round rug. In the room behind them are a window with a curtain, a fireplace mantel with a potted holly plant, a framed picture of a small tree and the edge of an armchair. The girl wears a bow headband, a dress and fuzzy boots. Reds, golds and blues will make the ornaments pop against a deep green tree. Save it as a free PDF, and it's worth printing a spare copy or two. This page is part of our Christmas Tree coloring pages collection — check out Christmas Lights and Santa Claus too.

- 2Color the boy's sweater and the girl's skirt and boots in bright red, and her sweater in cream white.
- 3Fill the boy's jeans and shoes with navy blue and bright blue, and the wood walls, floor and fireplace in warm tan.
- 4Color the tree star golden yellow, the tree stand red and green striped, and the gift box forest green with a bright red ornament peeking out.
- 5Add faces and hands in peach skin, and the hair in chestnut brown for the boy and burnt orange for the girl, leaving the eye whites white.
- 6Optional: Add a sky blue window, a sage gray snow glow, and a few white ornament swirls for a finishing touch.
