Backyard Cookout with Hot Dogs and Beach Ball Fun

Hot dogs and burgers sizzle on a round kettle grill at the center of this backyard cookout, with wavy lines of steam rising above them. Behind the grill, two kids reach for a beach ball in the air while a third child with curly hair runs over, and everyone is smiling. A happy puppy sits on the stone path in the front corner. On the right, a checkered tablecloth holds a big bowl of salad, a plate of corn on the cob, a cup of serving utensils, and a stack of plates. Pennant flags hang across the top and a bright sun shines. A patio umbrella, a lawn chair, a wooden fence, bushes, and flower beds fill in the background. Golden yellow fits the corn, warm reds and browns the hot dogs, and sky blue with red stripes the beach ball. Download the free PDF for a classroom project or weekend craft.
