Two Kids Lounging on a Giant Donut Pool Float
Coloring guide
Side by side, a boy and a girl lean back on a giant donut-shaped pool float, both in dark sunglasses and grinning. The boy has his head resting on his hands and wears floral swim trunks with a drawstring. The girl has a ponytail and a striped swimsuit with a ruffled top. Their bare feet dangle near the bottom of the ring. The float has a wavy icing edge dotted with little sprinkles, wavy lines show the water around them, and a striped beach ball bobs in the bottom right corner. There's plenty of open space for crayons or markers on this free printable. Pink icing with rainbow sprinkles looks fun on the float, and bright yellow and blue suit the beach ball. Good for summer afternoons, pool-party themes or quiet time at home or school. This page is part of our Donut coloring pages collection — check out Girl Power and Cute too.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big donut float: color the outer ring light orange and the frosting bubblegum pink, leaving the small white sprinkles unpainted.
- 2Fill the kids' skin with peach, including the arms, legs, feet, shoulders and faces, and keep the white sunglass frames and eye areas white.
- 3Color the boy's hair warm brown and the girl's hair and ponytail bright yellow, adding a little white for highlights.
- 4Paint the boy's swim shorts sky blue, leaving the white flower shapes and the waistband white, then add the girl's bubblegum pink swimsuit with white stripes.
- 5Color the beach ball: sky blue, bright red, tangerine, and bright yellow on the panels, keeping the small center circle white.
- 6Optional: Add light shading in a slightly darker peach on the sides of the arms and legs, and a touch of darker pink on the inner edges of the donut for depth.
