Three big donuts share a round plate here, and no two look the same. The one on top has wavy dripping icing and lots of tiny sprinkles. On the right, rows of zigzag squiggles run across the glaze. The donut at the bottom left is smooth and plain, but someone has taken a bite out of its right edge, showing the bumpy, crumbly inside. Thick outlines and roomy shapes keep things easy for younger kids, and it's a free printable too. You could go pink with rainbow sprinkles on top, chocolate brown for the zigzags, and golden tan for the plain one. A pale blue plate would make all three pop. Looking for more? A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the large plate and its rims with soft blue, leaving the inner rim lines clean.
- 2Color the top donut's icing and the left donut's frosting with bubblegum pink and chocolate brown.
- 3Use golden orange for the donut sides, the bottom edge of the left donut, and the top donut's right edge.
- 4Paint the right donut's zigzag stripes with bright sky blue and pink, leaving the white gaps between them.
- 5Fill the bite mark with pale cream and color the hole rims with caramel brown and golden orange, keeping the donut holes white.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading along the lower edges of the donuts and plate to make them look rounder.
