Lagoona Blue Monster High Portrait With Flower and Curls
Coloring guide
Big swirling curls are the star of this Monster High portrait of Lagoona Blue, drawn from the shoulders up with no background. Her lips are slightly parted in a smile, she glances to the side and one hand rests under her chin. Freckled cheeks, large lashed eyes and the flower on her scale-patterned headpiece all give you small spots to color. Layered bead necklaces lie over a dark V-neck top, and one striped, patterned sleeve adds extra detail. The thick streaks in her hair are bold and easy for little hands. Ocean blues and teals suit the scales and streaks, and a bright pink or yellow flower stands out. It's a free printable for a quick coloring break any time. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big hair masses in turquoise blue, covering the long wavy hair on the left, right, and bottom of the portrait.
- 2Fill the face, neck, and hand with pale mint, leaving the eye highlights and small shines white.
- 3Color the curly strands around the top, sides, and face with lemon yellow, including the curls by the cheek and near the eye.
- 4Add the flower with hot pink petals, lavender petals in the middle of the bloom, and light violet on the lower petal.
- 5Fill the dress with medium purple and light violet stripes, add pale lime to the strand near the hand, and use soft teal on the top hair strands.
- 6Optional: Add a few darker lines of turquoise blue in the shadowed areas of the hair to give it some depth.
