Maple Leaf With Biggest Lobe Pointing Straight Up

Coloring guide
A single large maple leaf fills the page, drawn in clean black outlines on a white background. The leaf has five pointed lobes, with the biggest one pointing straight up from the center. Two more lobes angle out to the sides, and two smaller ones sit low near the base. The edges are jagged and slightly uneven, which gives it a natural look. A thick central vein runs from the tip down into a long, curved stem at the bottom, and thinner veins branch out into each lobe. The big open spaces are easy for small hands to fill in. Try coloring it in autumn shades, blending yellow into orange and red from the stem outward. Older kids can trace the veins with a darker pencil and count the lobes. This free printable also works well for leaf identification lessons.
