Leprechaun Bursting Out of a Pot of Gold

A leprechaun pops up out of a big pot piled with round coins, both arms thrown wide as if he is saying ta-da. He wears a tall top hat with a wide band and a square buckle, a jacket with a jagged, ruffled collar, and long hair that curls out beside his ears. A spiky burst shape surrounds him, and a few loose coins fly through the air. Behind him a large striped rainbow arches over rolling hills, with bushy shrubs, tufts of grass, two puffy clouds, and a mountain in the distance. The line work is bold, so crayons and markers both work well. Try coloring each rainbow band a different color in the right order, then use gold and yellow shades on the coins so they stand out against the green hills. It is a nice printable for St. Patrick's Day classroom time or a quiet afternoon at home.
