Letter K Alphabet Page: K Is for Kitten

Big outlined capital K and lowercase k sit across the top of the page, with the words "for Kitten" printed in bold letters at the upper right. Below them, a kitten stands on four paws with its head tipped back, looking up. It has wide round eyes with the pupils turned upward, a small oval nose, whiskers on the cheek, and pointed ears. The long tail curls into an S shape behind it. The line work is clean and the shapes are large, so younger kids can color inside them without much trouble. Try filling the block letters with two different colors, one for the capital and one for the lowercase, then give the kitten a favorite fur color. This free printable works well for letter K practice, since children can trace the outlines of both letters with a finger or crayon before coloring.
