Life Ring Rescue at Sea With a Rescue Bots (Transformers) Robot
Coloring guide
Wading through choppy waves, a cheerful round-headed robot reaches out to hand a life ring to a smiling young sailor in a captain's cap. The sailor leans over the rail of a sailboat with open arms. A small tugboat with round portholes floats behind them, and a lighthouse with a little house sits on a rocky island beneath puffy clouds. Three seagulls glide overhead, and the bottom corner holds a starfish, a seashell, a small fish, bubbles and seaweed. All those wavy water lines give little hands lots of chances to practice careful coloring. Orange and white on the life ring will really stand out against deep blue waves. It's a free printable page for kids who love boats, robots and seaside adventures.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big sea area: color the waves and water with bright blue, and use pale blue for the foam splashes around the robot's feet and the rocks at the bottom.
- 2Color the sky and the area behind the captain with sky blue, leaving the clouds, lighthouse, seagulls and the sailboat hulls white.
- 3Fill the robot's helmet, arms, torso and legs with bright yellow, and color the left side of the small boat the same bright yellow, keeping the robot's face plate white.
- 4Color the life ring orange and leave its center hole white. Then add the captain's shirt in peach.
- 5Color the island rocks sandy tan, the grass and bushes in grass green and olive green, and the bottom rocks in warm gray. Add the starfish and shell in soft gold and the seaweed in teal.
- 6Optional: Add a slightly darker deep blue shadow along the bottom of the small boat and a few extra lines of darker blue in the waves to give the sea more depth.
