Life Ring Rescue by Zuma (PAW Patrol) on a Jet Ski
Coloring guide
Zuma, the helmeted pup from PAW Patrol, leans over the handlebars of his jet ski and tosses a round life ring toward a smiling boy who is waving from a small boat. Zuma has his helmet with the paw badge and a vest with an anchor emblem, and the jet ski carries a paw badge on its front. The boy sits in a life jacket with buckled straps and both arms up in a cheerful wave. Gentle ripples fill the water behind them, a small lighthouse sits on a hilly shoreline, and two puffy clouds drift overhead. Small hands will find the big shapes easy, and the wave lines give older kids some detail. Orange is a good pick for the life ring stripes and Zuma's gear, with soft blues and teals on the water so the ring pops. Save it as a free PDF for a quiet, creative moment. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big sky and water areas: fill both clouds with light sky blue and the small corner of sky with bright sky blue, leaving the rest of the background white.
- 2Color the life ring bright orange, but keep its white stripes and the center hole white so it looks like it is floating.
- 3Paint the jet ski: use bright red for the main body and golden yellow for the front and its trim, and keep the white paw badge and highlight spots white.
- 4Color Zuma the dog: use light tan for the face and body, rust brown for the ears, bright red and navy blue for the helmet, and keep the eye whites white.
- 5Add the boy and boat: use light peach for his face and hands, bright orange for his life vest, leaf green for his sleeves, and tan brown for the wooden boat.
- 6Optional: add a few darker lines with navy blue or chocolate brown on the shadowed edges of the jet ski and boat to make them pop.
