1. 1Start with the big blue areas: fill the cooking pot and its handles with medium blue, then the cabinets with sky blue and the upper wall with pale blue.
2. 2Color the girl's face, neck and arms with peach skin, the apron with tomato red, and her hair and ponytail with chestnut brown, leaving the hair highlights white.
3. 3Paint the rolling pin and wooden spoon with warm tan, then fill the soup with bright orange, mustard yellow, olive green and steel blue for a tasty mix.
4. 4Color the plant leaves with leaf green, the tomatoes with tomato red, the carrot with tangerine and the pepper with golden yellow, adding parsley sprigs in leaf green.
5. 5Fill the bowl with cream and add blue stripes with medium blue and pale blue.
6. 6Optional: keep the chef hat, shirt, apron bib and windowsill white, and add a little darker shading to the pot and hair for depth.
