A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the woman's and girl's hair chestnut brown, including the ponytail and the woman's shoulder-length waves.
- 2Fill the faces, arms, hands, legs and ankles with peach, keeping the eye whites white.
- 3Color the woman's top and sleeves lavender purple, and the girl's dress bodice and short sleeves rose pink, then add the coral pink band at the dress hem and the girl's shoes.
- 4Color the woman's long skirt cornflower blue, and the bushes, hedges and leaves on both sides leaf green.
- 5Color the tulips in the bouquet golden yellow and coral pink, then fill the gate and daisies light gray, leaving the gate tops, post balls and daisy centers white.
- 6Optional: Add a few darker strokes of chestnut brown on the skirt folds and light gray on the gate boards for a shaded look.
