Magic Wand Wizard Hello Kitty with Star Hat
Coloring guide
Up in the air, Hello Kitty wears a pointy wizard hat covered in little stars, and two larger star-shaped flowers are tucked next to her ear. Her outfit has pointed edges and there's a cape-like piece behind her. She holds a thin wand with a round circle on the tip. Bold swirling lines fill the scene, with a spiral on the left, curved rainbow-like bands along the bottom and hearts in the top corner. Small sparkles and tiny flowers are scattered around her. Little hands can handle the wide swirls, while the smaller stars give older kids more to do. Deep purple or midnight blue on the hat with bright yellow stars will stand out, and rainbow colors in the swirls would be lovely. Print it for classroom time or a rainy day. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big swirling background bands: fill the wide stripes with lemon yellow, warm orange and sky blue, leaving the spiral and sparkles for later.
- 2Color the swirl stripes around the top and sides in aqua blue, deep blue and pale sky blue to create the rainbow waves.
- 3Fill Hello Kitty's wizard hat in soft pink and hot pink, then add the big golden yellow and aqua blue stars on the hat.
- 4Color the outfit in bubblegum pink and soft pink, and fill the wand ball with lemon yellow.
- 5Leave the face, paw, hand and the small star on the hat white, and add black details to the eyes and whiskers.
- 6Optional: Add a touch of violet purple or lavender in the hearts and swirls to make the background pop.
