Mater and Sheriff Behind the Chain Link Fence

A tow truck with a buck-toothed grin and a surprised, open mouth peeks out near a chain link fence topped with coiled barbed wire. In the front, a police car wearing a wide-brimmed hat with a dome light and two side sirens looks on with a frown and a wide, grille-like mouth. A tow hook hangs from the back of the tow truck, and the ground has small rocks and tufts of grass. A fence post stands on the right side of the page. Kids can try rusty browns and soft tans for the tow truck, then pick classic black and white or a bold color for the police car. The criss-cross fence is a good chance to practice light, steady shading with a gray pencil. This page is free to print, and the large shapes make it easy for younger children to color.
