Mel the Pug Grinning Wide With Tongue Out
Coloring guide
A chubby pug sits upright with a huge open-mouthed grin, tongue hanging out over the lower lip. The dog has wide round eyes, a small dark nose, folded ears, and a few whiskers on each cheek and above the brows. A thick stitched collar wraps around the neck with a round tag hanging at the front that reads MEL. The round body has a front paw on each side and a back leg tucked at the bottom. Since this character is Mel from The Secret Life of Pets, fawn and tan crayons work well for the body, with a darker shade around the eyes and muzzle. Pick a bright color for the collar and tag, and pink for the tongue. Younger kids can also practice tracing the letters M, E and L on the tag before coloring it in.
