Miami Heat Basketball Logo With Flaming Ball and Hoop

A basketball sits at the bottom of the page with a long flame trailing up and to the right, and the ball seems to be dropping through an oval hoop drawn across the middle. More flame tips rise above the rim on the upper right. The team name is written below in bold slanted block letters, with MIAMI on the first line and HEAT on the second. A small curl of flame comes off the end of the lettering. Everything is drawn in clean outlines, so the large open areas are easy to fill in. Try warm reds, oranges and yellows on the flames, then a deep orange for the ball and a dark shade for the hoop. The big letters are good for practicing steady marker strokes. This printable page works well for young sports fans at home or in the classroom.
