Mid-Jump Ben Tennyson With Ben 10 Omnitrix Out Front
Coloring guide
Ben Tennyson launches himself at the viewer with a confident look, one fist thrust forward so the Omnitrix on his wrist is right in your face. His other arm is cocked back behind his head like he's winding up a punch. He's caught in a jump, with one big sneaker kicked toward you and the other tucked behind. Ben has spiky hair with a streak across the front, a smirk, a short-sleeved shirt and cargo-style pants. The page has no scenery, but kids can draw their own if they like. The Omnitrix dial is a perfect place for bright green, and the shirt and pants can go in contrasting shades. Download the free PDF for classroom time or a rainy day. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big blue areas: color the shirt torso, the pants on both legs and the lower pants panels in sky blue, leaving the neck white.
- 2Fill the fists, raised left hand, both shoes and the red parts of the jacket and shoulders with bright red, adding crimson red on the boots and right boot heel.
- 3Color the face, ears, and the exposed skin on the hands and ankles with peach skin, then use chocolate brown for the hair and dark charcoal gray for the jacket shoulder and right hand.
- 4Add the golden yellow touches on the hair band, top hair highlight, knees and bracelet, and use royal blue on the right arm and right sleeve.
- 5Fill the Omnitrix dial in light gray and its dark ring in charcoal gray, with the wrist band in tan and dull gold.
- 6Optional: Add a little extra shading in darker tones of the same colors on the shoes and pants folds for depth.
