Mortis smirks from the center of the page in a tall top hat with a feather tucked into the band. He has a bat-shaped bow tie, a puffy-sleeved shirt and a long flowing cape. One hand holds a tall shovel with a curled hook at the top, and a small lantern with little bat-like points hangs from that hook. The shovel blade is wide and pointed. His other arm hangs loose at his side, and his shoes peek out at the bottom. The Brawl Stars logo sits in outline letters above his hat, and with no background scene kids can concentrate on him. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big pink areas: fill the front cape and the lower cape in berry pink, leaving the small white gap beside the arm unpainted.
- 2Color the jacket collar, the legs, the shoes and the coat in dark slate and charcoal gray, and fill the shovel blade and its ring in steel blue gray.
- 3Paint the top hat, the brim and the hat tip in deep purple, then add the hot pink hat band and lavender purple on the hat's side tip.
- 4Color the arms, shoulders, hair and cane shaft with lavender purple, violet purple and chestnut brown, and add the hot pink bow tie.
- 5Fill the golden yellow cane hook, the eye and the ball stripe, then add the bronze gold band on the cane. Keep the logo outlines and the ball highlight white.
- 6Optional: add a few darker strokes on the shadow sides of the cape and hat to give the drawing more depth.
