Napping Warrior Cat on a Mossy Log With a Bird

A big, fluffy cat has curled up for a nap on a mossy log, eyes closed, with a little smile and its front paws tucked under its chin. The thick fur is drawn in lots of soft, jagged tufts, and a bushy tail wraps around its side. Up above, a small round bird perches on a leafy branch reaching in from the top right corner and looks down at the scene. Along the bottom, a few flowers and blades of grass grow around the log, and the cut end of the log shows its ring pattern. All that fur gives kids room to practice small strokes. Soft orange or gray suits the cat, brown works for the log, and the bird could be bright blue or yellow. Pick up the free printable PDF for classroom time or a rainy day.
