Nezuko Portrait with Fox Mask and Swirling Flames, Demon Slayer

A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

• lavender pink
• charcoal gray
• light peach
• rose pink
• blush pink
• rust brown
• moss green
• black
• fire red
• pale mist
• bright red
• dusty mauve

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Start with the face and neck in light peach, leaving the eye whites, the small highlights and the white collar folds untouched.
2. 2Fill the long hair with charcoal gray, then add rust brown to the lower side locks and the hair ribbons.
3. 3Color the kimono in rose pink, leaving the thin white fold lines white, and add moss green to the sash and forest green to the bamboo gag strap.
4. 4Paint the swirling flames and tails in lavender pink, and color the petals floating around her in blush pink.
5. 5Fill the fox mask ears and forehead with fire red, add dusty mauve on the cheeks, and keep the mask face and eye swirls white.
6. 6Optional: add a few darker strokes of charcoal gray along the hair edges and black outlines to make the shapes pop.
