Tanjiro Crouching with Katana and Dragon: Demon Slayer Action Page
Coloring guide
A fierce young swordsman drops into a wide, ready stance on this Demon Slayer coloring page. With his forehead scar and spiky hair, he looks a lot like Tanjiro Kamado. One hand grips a katana with a wrapped handle, the other stretches open in front of him, and his teeth are gritted. Behind him curls a long dragon with a fanged mouth and a jagged mane, and flowing ribbon-like lines sweep across the page. His open cloak, belted jacket, wrapped leggings and sandals give kids plenty to work on. No scenery here, which lets the action stand out. Teal and ocean blues on the dragon and swirling lines would give a water-like effect. Print the free PDF at home for a screen-free activity. This fits right in with our Demon Slayer coloring pages — see also The Loud House and Unikitty.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big brown areas: color the hakama pants and the waist sash with chocolate brown, leaving the white leg wraps and the belt buckle highlight white.
- 2Fill the dragon with sky blue and deep blue, using light blue for the lower jaw and tail, and leave the dragon's eye, mane and spine tips white.
- 3Color the cape and the jacket: use emerald green for the cape edges and charcoal black for the shadowed torso and collar, and keep the sleeve white.
- 4Add the hair in maroon red and steel blue, and fill the skin of the face and hands with pale peach and tan peach.
- 5Optional: Use dark brown for the sandals and light gray for the belt buckle, then leave the background swirls and sparkles white for a clean finish.
