Nigel the Pelican Drops In on the Finding Nemo Tank

Nigel the pelican pokes in from the right edge of this page with a wide grin, one wing resting on a window ledge and that big beak front and center. In the fish tank, Nemo floats in the middle and looks up at him with a curious smile. On the left, tall striped Gill hovers with his big round eyes next to a leafy seaweed branch. Peach, the spotted starfish, is stuck to the glass at the top, and one more striped fish swims low by the pebbly bottom. Thick outlines and large open shapes keep things easy for preschoolers and early elementary kids, and it prints as a free PDF. Bright orange and white would make Nemo pop, and soft yellows and pinks work nicely for the pelican's beak and feathers.
