Northern Lights Over a Frozen Mountain Lake

Wide, striped ribbons of northern lights swirl across the night sky in this winter landscape, with little four-pointed stars and tiny dots scattered around them. Underneath, a tall pointed mountain rises between smaller snowy peaks, and rows of evergreens dot the hillsides. A frozen lake sits in the middle with flat chunks of ice floating on the water. Big snow-covered pines frame both sides, while a few small bare twigs and rounded snowy rocks fill the foreground. The long stripes in the aurora leave lots of room for careful coloring practice. You could fill each ribbon with a gradient of green, teal and purple, and leave the snow white or tint it pale blue. No sign-up is needed to download and print.
