A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Color the table and its legs with warm brown, and the window post and sill as well.
2. 2Fill the two open Bible pages with cream, then add light tan to the page edges and the pages underneath.
3. 3Color the curtain, the vase and the window cloud and sky areas with blue and light blue, and the clouds with medium green.
4. 4Color the cross, the flower centers and the candle flame with bright yellow, and the cross base with amber gold.
5. 5Add the leaves and stems in lime green and dark green, then the red ribbon and red page edge with bright red and deep red.
6. 6Optional: Leave the flower petals, the wall, and the background white, and add a little extra shading to the candle and vase.
