A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start by filling the faces, necks, ears and hands with peach skin, leaving the eye whites, teeth and little shine spots white.
- 2Color the dad's shirt and the blue collar areas with sky blue, then add deep blue on the strap of the right goggles.
- 3Paint the mom's and girl's tops and the pink bow in coral pink, and fill the hair with ginger orange on the mom and girl, chestnut brown on the dad, and copper brown on the toddler.
- 4Use golden yellow for the baby's curl on top of his head and bright yellow for the big letters of Parents' apostrophe and P, leaving the letter highlights white.
- 5Color the Day letters in light blue, and fill the goggle lenses with pale aqua, keeping the shiny glints white.
- 6Optional: add a little charcoal black under the toddler's hair and dark brown on the hair edges for a bit of depth.
