Phoenix Suns Logo With Basketball and Sun Rays

A slanted shield-shaped badge holds a basketball with curved seam lines, surrounded by a spiky sun with pointed rays. Behind the ball, long streaking flame-like lines trail off to the lower left, so it looks like the ball is flying across the sky. Below the picture, the words PHOENIX and SUNS appear in bold, outlined block letters, with SUNS much larger. The thick double outline makes the shapes easy to follow, which helps younger kids stay inside the lines. Try oranges, purples, and yellows for the sun rays and ball, then fill the streaks with a gradient from red to yellow. Basketball fans can also use the page to talk about team colors and logos, or to practice careful coloring inside the large letters.
