Pigtailed Harley Quinn Portrait With Striped Bat Grip

A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

• golden yellow
• light peach
• bright red
• charcoal gray
• warm brown
• rose pink
• dark brown
• coral pink

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Start with the big hair areas: color the pigtails, the top of the head and the side hair in golden yellow, leaving the small hair ties for later.
2. 2Fill the face, neck skin, eyebrows, eyelid corners and all the fingers of the raised hand with light peach.
3. 3Color the baseball bat in warm brown, then add the bright red stripes across the grip near the hand.
4. 4Paint the top and collar in bright red, the hair ties in bright red too, and the jacket sleeves and shoulders in charcoal gray.
5. 5Color the inside of the open mouth in rose pink and the tongue in coral pink. Keep the eye whites white.
6. 6Optional: add a few darker strokes in dark brown under the chin and along the neck for a little shadow.
